Role Desciption:

 

Candidate sourcing and screening

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews that leave candidates thinking, “I want to be a part of this!”

Interview Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview materials and assist in the development of interview questions.
  • Collect feedback like a pro and turn it into actionable insights.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build relationships that last, making candidates feel like they’re joining not just a company but a family.
  • Keep the excitement alive by providing feedback that’s constructive and uplifting.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team’s staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate on defining job requirements and candidate profiles.

 Employer Branding

  • Be the face and brand ambassador of Bazel and contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications:

Your Professional Persona:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Exposure to African recruitment will be an added advantage
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that can turn any conversation into memorable experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up rollercoaster – fast-paced, thrilling, and full of surprises.
