Role Desciption:

The Head of Fixed Broadband (FBB) will be responsible for driving growth, strategy, and execution of our client’s Fixed Broadband business. This includes revenue generation, product innovation, customer acquisition, retention, and end-to-end management of the broadband product line. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality broadband services and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution
    • Oversee direct and indirect sales channels for FBB.
    • Optimize distribution strategy.
    • Build strong relationships with B2C and B2B clients.
  • Business Strategy & Growth
    • Define and implement the strategic roadmap for Fixed Broadband services.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
    • Lead market intelligence and competitor benchmarking for broadband services.
  • Revenue & P&L Ownership
    • Full P&L responsibility for the FBB vertical.
    • Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, ARPU improvement, and profitability.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Product Development
    • Define product roadmap and pricing strategy.
    • Work with technology and operations teams to enhance service offerings (e.g., FTTH, FOA).
    • Ensure product-market fit and innovation in service delivery.
  • Customer Experience
    • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, NPS, and churn reduction.
    • Collaborate with customer service and technical teams to ensure service quality.
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and lead a high-performing FBB commercial team.
    • Provide mentorship, performance management, and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in the telecom/ISP industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Fixed Broadband/ telecom
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and customer growth.
  • Strong understanding of broadband technologies (e.g., FTTH, LTE, FOA).
