This is a senior-level opportunity reporting into the top management, where the selected individual will be responsible for establishing and driving Quality Assurance systems across multiple plants, ensuring compliance with international certifications and customer standards, handling audits, addressing quality challenges, and leading a strong QA/QC team.
Lead the Quality Assurance framework (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC22000, statistical QA).
Ensure compliance with international standards and certifications.
Drive supplier audits, customer audits, and complaint resolution.
Oversee incoming material quality, error-proofing, and root cause analysis.
Identify and implement latest QA equipment and tools; ensure calibration and training.
Support new product approvals, trials, and alternate material validation.
Lead, guide, and develop a team of QC Supervisors and Inspectors.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (post-grad in QA is a plus).
10–15 years of QA experience in manufacturing; auto ancillary/auto components background preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, testing methods, raw material quality, and statistical tools.
Exposure to supplier/customer audits and certification processes.
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
