Job Summary

The Head Trade Marketing will lead national trade marketing efforts across on-trade and off-trade channels. The role focuses on driving visibility, executing promotional campaigns, supporting sales growth, and aligning cross-functional efforts for market impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement trade marketing strategies
  • Lead in-store promotions and POS visibility
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Track category performance and market trends
  • Build distributor and customer engagement tools
Qualifications:

 

Experience: Minimum 12 years (preferably in FMCG)

  • At least 8 years in core Trade Marketing

  • Strong background in strategy & execution

Education: Bachelor’s degree (any stream), MBA preferred

Preferred Profile:

  • Currently in a Regional Trade Marketing or National Head role

  • Leading a product category in FMCG

  • Experienced in managing large SKU portfolios
