Summary:

The Sales Manager is a key senior-level role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and leading the sales and marketing teams. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing teams, and working closely with the leadership to align business objectives and foster collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets, and manage budgets to achieve revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, providing coaching and support.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to tailor strategies and ensure effective positioning.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify business opportunities, expand into new markets, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee sales processes, manage churn, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:


Requirements:

  • MBA or related degree preferred
  • 10+ years in sales/marketing leadership, preferably in telecommunications
  • Proven success in leading teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
